What's the eaisest way to transfer all my NI software, to a new computer?

First, deactive your license on the old pc. Then you install the software the same way you did on the original - LabVIEW, toolkits, hardware drivers. You can export the MAX configuration (tasks, VISA aliases, etc.) and import that onto the new pc. Instrument drivers in instr.lib can be simply copied.

Is it the same operating system? Another option is to create an image of the drive and then restore the image on the new computer. You would, however, need to reinstall hardware drivers. Six of one, half-dozen of another.
