What would be the best DAQ to access 20Mb/s digital signal for 0.2s

Hello All

Can somebody recomend a digital DAQ to acquire 20Mb/s digital signal.
The signal needs to be acquired for about 0.2s and later can be processed off-line.

I was thinking about one of the new FPGAs, but the toolkit and boards together are quite expensive. However, if there is nothing else I would go for that solution as well.
