Where are good sources of canned VI's for Digital I/O?

Other than the National Instruments site, where are some good places to turn
for prebuilt VI's? We have a PCI-32-DIOHS card to interface to a circuit board
we are testing. Time is an urgent priority, so we need to get to a testing
configuration as quickly as possible. What I'm finding is, I have no problem
creating my own VI's, but the amount of time spent navigating the toolboxes
and dialogs to create them in LabView is so high as to be inefficient. So I'm
looking for "canned" routines that will do basic things under user control
like:

-initialize the DIO card
-perform I/O transfers of user-specified length, bit-width, and speed
-create test digital I/O patterns to output to the device

...yo
u get the idea.

We'd also like to see similar canned VI's for some of our lab equipment, most
notably to automate data-collection and generation with our scope (a
Tektronix TDS684C), spectrum analyser (a Rohde & Schwarz FSEA30) and arb (a
Tektronix AWG520)

We are running LabView 6.1i.
