Where can I find LabVIEW Russian manuals?

Hello,

National Instruments does not have any manuals localized into the Russian language. I searched the web for +Russian +LabVIEW +Manual and found a few sites that might be relevant...you can investigate these if you wish. For now, I will submit a customer suggestion to our Publications department that perhaps in the future they look to localize some of our manuals into Russian.
