Where can I get a current version of NI Spy?  I am trying
to debug a problem with a user using virtual names in
an IVI-COM driver and I can't open his .spy file(newer).

The NI-Spy utility installs automatically with NI-VXI 2.0 and higher

NI-SPY is included with NI-488.2 or NI-VXI drivers, here is the link to the product download page:
