Where can I get permission to use the deck of cards that appear in the Code Share in Caribbean Poker (from Beta Community)?

The Caribbean Poker package in the Code Share section uses a nice deck of cards.
I am working on a Blackjack game (not for profit - just a game) and would like to use them.
1. Where can I get permission to use them? I know it's code share, but it seems to me I need permission.
2. Can I get the password for the Block Diagram of the Card Deck?
