Where could I find inport.c source code for i386?

I look for 'inport' source code for i386, in order to read values on a register. I'm writting a tiny CIN which must call 'inport' function.
So, could you tell me where can I find that?

This webpage apparently has a DLL you can download to call inport. You could always try using that. I didn't download it myself, but it's a start.
