Where to download PID and Fuzzy Logic Toolkit for LabView 2011

Hi there, we are on an active SSP and have an older system still running LabView 2011 connected to a CFP.. We need to redeploy the software to a different PC, and while I am able to download the installers for the development system and Real-Time for 2011 -- I am trying to find a download for the PID and Fuzzy Logic Toolkit for 2011.   There is a support document at https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019RTlSAM&l=en-US indicating that "In LabVIEW 2011 Real-Time Module and later, you will need to install the toolkit separately from the module"  -- with a link on how to download older versions -- but I cant find the separate toolkit in any search. Looking at our source system's registry -- it was installed from a product CD a very long time ago, that we no longer have.  Thanks for any assistance

When you are on an active SSP then you should contact customer support and ask for the download link!

Thanks -- I should have just done that from that start instead of searching around the site and locally for CDs..  Support was able to send me a zip file of the installer within 20 minutes of my request.
