Where do you have a "serial connector" on your NI9234? Where in the manual did you read about this "serial port"? Can you show any evidence of this port?

Why don't you call your local NI sales representative to discuss all theses questions directly? Those guys are quite helpful!

It seems you have a collection of possible DAQ hardware available, but you seem to know nothing about those devices. The NI sales rep usually know these devices and can make recommendations on their use cases!
