Why am I getting error -41110 using report generation Vis?

Skip 38 minutes.

I am doing the exact thing he is doing, but I kept getting an error. I don't know what's going on. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?  I have attached my block diagram and my .xlsx file.

Some questions:

• Regarding the Video where you did "the exact same thing he is doing":  Did you notice he was generating a Word document, and you are generating an Excel document?  Word does not equal Excel.
• Did you create "Name" references in your Excel Workbook?  [I've never used these, and am not even sure how to find them...].
• Personally, I find the higher-level RGT VIs, like "Append Report Text", much more limiting and difficult to use than the simpler "Excel Easy Text" (on the Excel-specific Palette).
• Rather than try to use a Template, you can "create" the labels (as though they were a Template) as part of the Report.  There's an old, but not too bad, demo about this right here in this Forum.  Search for "Revised Excel" and see what that shows you.  I think the Author tried to make it clear ...

Hi Bob, it's actually very easy to add your own cell names. After you select the cell (for example B2), just double-click the reference "B2" and type in your own name.

Did you do that, GRCK?
