Why can’t I create an Installer for Linux Application?

I want to create an installer for my Linux Application so that I can run it on another Linux computer that does not have LabVIEW. Why can’t I do this?

I installed and created my application in Linux LabVIEW 2019 Professional.

The operating system is Redhat Linux 8.

The computer that I want my application to work on does not have LabVIEW. It is also a Redhat Linux 8 system with the same kernal version.
