I appears that the control has become corrupt. I have created the duplicate graph and have no problem clearing the graph. Take a look at this new VI. Notice the new control. Also, you can correct the behavior for the original control if you wire the blank cluster (cluster 2)to the bad control and run the VI. After you do this you can clear the graph without any issues.
