Why does my FPGA compilation stop?

Hi all,

I'm using a Asus N76VZ with 16Gb Ram and Win 8.1Oem.

I use LabVIEW 2013SP1 with RealTime SP1 and FPGA SP1 module with Xilinx 14.4 ISE (plus f1 patch), but I can't compile any FPGA VI.

I'm trying all the suggested action explained in this thread, but nothing change. I have changed the DLL and set the CompilerWorker.exe (and other files exe) with Win7 compatibilities. NO results.

I can't compile!

I contacted a NI AE --> he said that is a compatibility issue.

Is it possible that there isn't any solution?!?  😕

Bye to all

Hi GVorraro!

As stated earlier in the thread, unfortunately, compilation is not officially supported on a Windows 8 machine.  Also, you have posted on a fairly old thread, you might be able to get a better responce from the community if you make a new post!

Thanks,

I think the work around is to use the FPGA Compile Cloud. This is included in the SSP when you buy FPGA Module.
