Why does the mouse position update on one of these VIs and not the other?

I have attached two VIs. Both are very simple while loops designed to return the position of the mouse on a picture control. Can any one tell me why one of these successfully returns the correct mouse position while the other does not? They appear exactly the same as far as I can tell. Running the "Compare" tool on them only turned up aesthetic differences.

In A.vi, your zoom factor for the picture is set to 0.  Set it to 1, and the VI works.

I recommend filing a bug report to NI that the ZoomFactor property is not detected when doing a compare on the two VIs.

I tried to file a bug report. I clicked on the bug report link under contact NI and followed the steps. Apparently the typical bug reporting method is to post them on the forum?
