Why i can't see Menu bar,function,controls and toll palette (Dark Black)

Hello ,

I am using Labview 7 Express on Windows 2000 .I can't see Labview Menu Bar (Menu bar , ToolPalette,functions and controls  looks complete black) from last few days .I can't see and text  on Menu bar.

If any one know about this problum please help me in fix this bug.
