Why one region affects the other region in statechart?

In my program, I have 10 regions in statechart. Transition of the first region affects the second region also to get transfererd even if the conditions are not satisfied in the second region.

What could be the reason for this kind of behavior in the statechart?

Ouch that hurts even more!

I have been patiently working with my old laptop that refuses to load anything above LV 8.5. This week-end my wife tasked me with selecting and ordering myself a new laptop (yeah!). It is scheduled to be built around 2 Feb and I am excited to be able to play with all of those nice feature I use at work but can't use at home. Quick-drop DVR, a hierachy screen that does not crash...

I'm excited!
