Can i run a application developed on LAbveiw in windows NT RTx system and what version of LAb veiw is required ex LV 6.0/6.1/7.0.

There is nothing on NI's site for Windows NT RTX. I did find this for those who do not know what windows nt RTX is. NI offers LabVIEW RT for deterministic timed computing. I suspect the answer for RTX is that you will just have to try it and see.
