Hello,
Does anyone know if LabVIEW 7.0 executables will install and run on Windows 7 running in XP mode?

I dont think it will support the drivers properly even it were to support earlier versions. See here

All you need to run an executable is the run-time engine. If you are running any hardware, you will need the drivers as well and this is where you might run into problems. The run-time engine can be found here, https://www.ni.com/en/support/downloads/software-products/download.labview-runtime.html.
