Windows CE-base device testing and debugging

I have a Windows CE-based device, a GPS device, to test and debug. The device already has its own application SW, a non-NI application SW, loaded.

Is there a LabVIEW toolkit I can used to communicate and test this kind of device?

If you can also point me to some tutorial materials, I would appreciate that.
