Windows xp embedded TPC

Hello,

                 i have ARM9 - Windows XP embedded Third party Touch panel screen.... i have labview touch panel 8.6..

could you tell me, is there any procedure to install the application on the TPC ....?

Hi Balaji,

I am assuming that you created a separate thread since you have a Windowx XPe TPC now.

You will need two things: LabVIEW Runtime Engine and the NI TPC Service. You must install the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine on the Touch Panel target before you can install the NI TPC Service (The device must include an .msi engine in order to install the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine since the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine is required to run Touch Panel applications on XPe). After you install the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine on the Touch Panel target, install the NI TPC Service from NI_TP_Service\NITPCService.msi, which is located in the same directory as the setup.exe you used to install the Touch Panel Module. Post back if you have any other questions.

Hi Adnanz,

                       ofcourse you seems to that i am using same thread, but my present question is that XP embedded TPC. i thought that it has some separate procedure to install. but i dont know that the same procedure for all....

becasue last time i was tried with the windows ce, there i cannot able to install the runtime engine because of root folder was not in Harddisk.

that why i made a rise my questions....

It IS a different install procedure for XPe. Read my post carefully.
