XControl-LabVIEW 8.5 hangs

Hi...

Do the Following steps in LabVIEW 8.5.

1. Create a new project.

2.Creat an XControl in the project

3.After saving all the VIs and Controls, create a property node for the XControl with both read/write option

4.Right click on the newly created property node, create another new write VI for the same property node.

5.Now try dragging the newly created VI in the project.

LV hangs!!!.

Needed consideration in this regard.

To add on,

If u drag any of the VI under property section LV crashes. If I end up in a drag by mistake when the intention was to double click, results in labVIEW crash.

well this is bit of hard to digest..!!!

Thank you for providing the feedback. I've created a Corrective Action Requst (Requset #94476), so that R&D can further investigate this issue.
