XY graph overlay on video from videocapx

Hello,

I have been using labview for a while, but am facing a different problem this time.

1. I need to overlay an XY graph (the data for which I am getting from another DSP board) on to a video.

2. I have succesfully been able to make the XY graph transparent. and also put the XY graph on the video window from the videocapx.

    I am using the 30 day trial version of videocapx and an example. is being attached.

    I am using a logitech webcam. The output of which I can succesfully see in labview.

But my problem is the points from the XY graph are hidden behind the video window and I cannot get them onto the video.

And hence cannot overlay them.

Any help will be appreciated.

Please also note that I donot have to store th video and I will not be changing the video information.

It is just for visual information that I want the information from the XY graph on top and visible on the video and hence I made the XY graph transparent.

Hello Gaurang,

I ran your VI in LabVIEW 8.6.1.  The white points appear over the control.  However, this behavior may change when the control is active. (I don't have your hard-/software.)

Though it already appears to be there, have you tried specifically bringing the graph to the front on your Front Panel?
