Xcontrol not shown

Hello All,

I would like to use the Xcontrol functionality, Currently I am using LV2011 full development system. But I couldn't find the Xcontrol listed under File->New->OtherFiles->Xcontrols.

Kindly help me to enable the Xcontrol under New category.
