Yokogawa WT230 read frequency error

I download the driver from

I select Plug and Play (project-style) and run the sample vi from the above link.

and use the programe to get the frequency. It returns a error reading, for example 0.999xe-6.

It cannot read the frequency value from element 2 and 3 (if element 1 frequency shows on the display).  Can anyone suggest me a command which can get the frequency by programe not display?

I have not tried reading the frequency while the integration is running.  I would start by removing the Integrate functionality and focus on just reading the frequency.
