abort button on front panel

If I wire two WhileLoop Using LocalVariable, These two loop will execute in parallel. In that case, We dont consider what is happening in the subVI in first while loop. because two loop is running in parallel and if enable the stop in another loop "using application control-->stop" then everything will abort. Anyway I should do the physical emergency abort button.

After emergency abort, then we reset all the instrument. For me the best way is the physical abort button. Because, I am controlling the Surge/Burst HV generator and once I run the generator I cant stop, let say If i generate 10 pulses, then it will generate 10 pulses and only when the execution finish it will stop. The only thing is we reset the instrument or power off the instrument.
