Yep, or both. There are different ways to design it, but that is your UI design.

Gerd, What buttons are you talking about when u say some buttons?  Are tehy system defined buttons or something?

when I write "buttons" I talk about buttons from the controls palette like these:

You can have custom menus during run-time when. Below is a link to a KB which goes through the process of how to add them.
