agilent 34401A using usb-serial adapter

I must have tried 3-4x and I don't ever remember a non-NI usb-to-serial converter working in a LV application. Ever. I avoid them like the plague. If ever forced to I would try an NI device first.

Thanks for comments.

I tried to use USB cable to get Keithley 2100,  It was OK.

However, I guess the cables ( Serial USB ) is not works with Agilent 34401A and NI even if you change the data bits, etc.
