analog output dc offset

When I use the shipping example:

"Cont Gen Voltage Wmf-Ext Clk.vi" I get the waveform out on the Analog Channel no problem.  When I stop the vi there is always a 3 VDC level on my output channel.  Its not there until after I stop the waveform generation.

Happens w any AO channel.

That sounds right.  The channel will hold the final value writen to it until it is reset.  The Arbitrary Waveform Generators do the same thing.

First, I would use the DAQmx Stop Task to stop the acquisition.  If it isn't reset from that, write an acutal 0 to all of the channels.  Both of these should be done before the task is cleared.
