angle voltmetter VI

I need to measure the angle of two sine waves using one as reference (known voltage and frequency) . Is there a VI that performs this function

Sure there is a better solution. But since I was playing with the peak detect vi, here is what can be done with it.

I posted this one before.  You need to make sure that there is no DC offset in your sinusoid signals.  It is based on the trig identities.

Hi Hydmsp,

Well, there seems to be many ways of doing this. My favorite, in case you want to measure the phase of the most dominant frequency in the signal, must be using a couple of "Extract Single Tone Information.vi"s (this VI is not in the Base Package of LabVIEW, sorry!):

Let me know what YOU prefer, thanks.

Have fun!
