is there a way to remove that anoying LabVIEW Logo in the lower right corner of every VI?

Are you using the evaluation version?
If so, the answer is yes - Buy the full version.
If you are using the full version and you have it, maybe it's something that stayed from the eval version. You will probably have to uninstall and reinstall (or at least repair), because I doubt NI will tell you how to remove it.

Before you start uninstalling and reinstalling LV, I suggest you look around, see if you have an option to uninstall the eval version. Since this is only supposed to appear there, I'm assuming you installed the full version on a PC which already had the eval version - so maybe you can still remove just the eval.
