applications built from lv 6.1 and 7.1 at customers sites

Hi I have customers that we have sent applications coded in LV6.1 and built using the 6.1 applications. I now wish to send applications built from 7.1 code . Will I get any conflicts with using different run time engines( assumption) on customers pc's

Not from different run-time engines. There is the possibility of problems with different hardware device drivers such as NI-DAQ.
