i think the problem is, that after suspend nothing run anymore. If you are really sure your pc come back after a specific time, you can run a vi in background with an endless loop and see if it begins running after coming back. If yes you can send the simulated key maybe with this vi.

Dear mike and smercurio,

Am damn sure, my system got wakeup after an user input delay. But still the monitor didn't get switched ON.

Which dll is controlling the power of the monitor? If we know that, then its easy to solve my problem. any ideas? Thanks....

Mike,

This is what i did but still monitor sleeps. In this case, the monitor is getting powered ON (LED at the bottom turn from orange to green), but the window screen didn't get loaded, instead just black screen persists. With the press of a key or mouse move only it getback to its normal screen.

Any issues?

Thanks,

Mathan

Hi mathan,

as i said in a previous post, did you check if this vi already run if the pc came back from suspend? i´m not sure about it.
You only need the "Monitor ON" part. Smiley Happy

Mike
