Unfortunately, the user event solution is not suitable: it can only trigger the execution of a brand-new event case (the "user event" event case), but can't return data directly to the event case that queued the element.
In other words, if the "OK button, value change" event enqueues an element, it is not possible to return directly to him the results obtained by computing the enqueued data.
