I am experimenting with the bluetooth protocol in LV 2010 under windows XP sp2. when I run the VI with discover bluetooth function, it returns nothing in the device list indicator and the error cluster is also empty. I then realised that i had intel centrino bluetooth drivers installed on my laptop and LV works only with windows bluetooth drivers, I uninstalled it and an unknown usb device was listed in the device drivers list. I checked it with details and found its hardware Ids to be
USB\Vid_8086&Pid_0189&Rev_6919
USB\Vid_8086&Pid_0189
I then checked the List of Bluetooth radio drivers that are included in Windows XP SP2 in the following link
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841803
and found that my device Id was not listed in it. How do I use LV bluetooth functions??
I am using Samsung laptop with integrated bluetooth module in it.
