Hi all,
My library palettes are mostly broken. I do not know why.
I have used VI Package manager to install however I may have played around with a folder or two previously (to elaborate on this I believe I have tried to create my own libraries which I wanted to be accessible on the palettes by simply creating a folder and pasting VIs in there without creating a menu file etc.). Is this the cause?
Now when I install a new package such as Missing System Controls buttons (I used the proper method) I get the proper icon but contents are "?". See image.
How do I fix all the palettes??
I have reopened LV several times.

Through the LabVIEW tools netwrok try to uninstall and re-install the palette.

I only just now installed the Missing Systems Buttons toolkit and it was broken like this.
There is an underlying issue causing all new toolkits to appear broken like this on the palette.

Playing around where you are not supposed to can cause some weird things. But do try to uninstall and then reinstall that library. Hopefully the uninstall process will remove what you broke.

The problem may have been caused by me trying to create my own palette accessible library of VIs by merely creating a folder under Add-ons and copying VIs to the folder.
Now every VI package which I install and uninstall seems to be broken.

Uninstalling and reinstalling is a good idea.
I think its worth posting a few documents just in case you decide to take a deeper dive.
