Hi Jim,

In the very specific case where your application uses type defs and control references this error may occur.
I would suggest unchecking the box labeled "Disconnect type definitions and remove unused polymorphic VI instances" under the the "Application Settings" tab of the Application Builder.

Done that, it has been unchecked all along.

I am not aware of any other causes of this error.

Can you post a small example, including the .bld file, that demonstrates this?
