Hey Wang_Liming,

we solved the issue after checking in the software for a memory leak.
We used the build array function in the software and it was replaced by the insert into array function and a pre allocated array that we know what the size of this one is.

After replacing the software with this we are now up and running for all the setups.

now we use ethercat with crio to FESTO CMMT,but can only use scan mode.... FPGA can do nothing~~~
