According to this document, it should work with LabVIEW 2011 or later and NI Compact RIO driver 4.0 or later.

That's for the version with Windows 7 Embedded installed. If you have one with NI Pharlap ETS Realtime installed things get actually more tricky. NI discontinued support for Pharlap ETS on cRIO in 2020 and for Pharlap ETS on PXI this year. So if you have a Pharlap ETS cRIO the latest version of LabVIEW that will work with it is 2019 SP1.

Thanks.
Later means 2019 version?

Not sure what you are asking. 2011 to 2019SP1 should work for you if you use the Pharlap ETS variant of this controller. There is no NI Linux RT variant for it, since its release predates the release of LabVIEW for x64 cRIO in LabVIEW 2014.
So your options are to use no later version than LabVIEW 2019 SP1 if you need to remain Realtime, use the Windows 7 Embedded variant of the controller (which you could probably RMA to NI to have it converted to that for a fee) or buy a newer cRIO that supports NI Linux RT.
