cRIO-9104 and cRIO-9237

Hi,

i am not able detect NI-9237 module in project explorer. i tried installing and uninstalling soft wares from my laptop many times.

attaching the list of software loaded in host and the same has been transferred to RT. I am able to detect any other modules in the cRIO chassis except 9237.

what can be the probable issue? i tried with different system also facing the same problem. also i am getting error 1073807194 when trying to detect from project explorer. The connection to the RT lost.

Hi,

Although the supports for these newer modules were added to the NI-RIO 2.0 driver, there is also a minimum requirement for the LabVIEW FPGA version for modules as well. For the newer modules with added support in NI-RIO, most require LabVIEW FPGA version 8.0 as well. These modules will not be detected in FPGA 1.1, even if you have NI-RIO version 2.0. The modules that currently require both NI-RIO 2.0 and LabVIEW FPGA version 8.0 are listed below:

  • NI 9203

  • NI 9205

  • NI 9206

  • NI 9237

  • NI 9239

  • NI 9422

  • NI 9477

For a current and complete list of the hardware that is supported by NI-RIO, as well as what versions of LabVIEW software are supported by each version of NI-RIO, visit the Info Codes page in the Related Links and enter rdsoftwareversion.
