camera detected in max, but no image in labview

Good day.
I want to see the video of my ip camera in labview (2020), in IMAX if it detects the camera but when I use the "GRAB" it only appears: "connecting to camera"
In the VI that I did the same thing happens and it does not indicate any error or warning.
I share the images of the message and the data of the camera as well as the VI that I use.
I hope you can guide me

I don't know enough about your Camera nor your LabVIEW system.

• What is the Make and Model of your camera?
• Does it come with its own Software?  Have you tried that software (and, if so, did it work)?
• How are images conveyed between the Camera and the PC?  Wired?  Wireless?  Protocol?
• What Version (and is it 32-bit or 64-bit) of LabVIEW are you running?
• Is LabVIEW Vision installed?  Are LabVIEW Vision drivers (IMAQdx) installed?
• Please "attach the Camera" (however you do that), open MAX, and attach a screen shot of all "Devices and Interfaces".
• Close Devices and Interfaces, expand "Software", and attach a second Screen Shot.
