  1. LV Menu >> Import Picture to Clipboard... >> Select the picture
  2. Right-click on the Pict Ring >> Insert Picture from Clipboard
Step 1. is superfluous if the picture has already been copied in the clipboard with another software.

Feel free to post back if you need further help.

Not all graphic formats may be supported (don't remember exactly) but yes for the principle. See also the comment I have just added to my previous message.

If possible, use pictures of the same size.

Hi neerza,

The steps for customizing a pict ring are described in my previous posts. What is your exact problem ?

This is very easy. 2 common ways :
  1. Functions palette >> Select a VI... >> select a VI and place it on the diagram
  2. Drag&Drop a VI from the Project Explorer to the diagram (LV8.x)

Hi neerza,

yes, it's the same for older versions of LV (except that the project explorer is new to LV8+ Smiley Wink)
You may also drag a vi from one opened block diagram to the next... Or drag a vi by it's icon (upper right corner of front panel) to a block diagram (not it's own...).
