Once you are logged in, do you see "Hello <YourName>" in the top right corner below the Search field? If you are able to log in but can't download the update, a firewall or anti-virus software may be blocking access to the National Instruments FTP site. You can try to download the update directly from ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/softlib/first/frc/FileAttachments/. If that still doesn't work, you will probably need to adjust the anti-virus software to allow FTP sites or try using a different computer.
