can't edit enum

Solved!
Go to solution

I am having an issue with an enum I am using in an X Control. It may be used across multiple X Controls, I'm not sure. Anyways, I closed down the entire project along with LabVIEW so that anything that could be keeping the enum "locked" would be taken out of memory. I then navigated to the control on disk and opened from there. But, as you can see, I can't get the right-click menu for the control. Any time I right-click, it opens the palette. Any idea how to resolve this?

Hello Greg,

I am trying to replicate this scenario, what version of LabVIEW and what operating system are you using?

Have you tried restarting your computer and then access the right-click menu? Also can you try recreating the enum and then see if this issue still occurs.

Hi,

May be this is pointless but still giving it a try.. Have you tried unlocking it this way? (I suppose you may have)
