can't find Alarm clear time from DSC modules

I can't seem to find the alarm "clear time" anywhere in the LV DSC module functions. It's listed in the controls but I don't ever see it even after I clear the alarm. LV2010 DSC 2010

I'm having a hard time following exactly what's happening here, but it sounds like the Clear Time from the DSC Read Alarms VI is not populating when an alarm is cleared- is that correct?  What do you mean by it being listed in controls but not functions?

If you could post a screenshot of what you're actually seeing, that'd be really helpful here as well.  That clear time is populated when an alarm is actually cleared, so have you verified that the alarm clear is being registered in your code (clear user defined alarm function)?

Both the Clear Time and Clear User are automatically generated when an alarm is cleared on the Read Alarms.vi.  I don't really follow your question-  where are you looking to clear the time or user?  If you could provide a little more explanation into what you're trying to do, we can hopefully point you in the right direction here.

If you're just looking to clear an alarm, which will set the clear time and clear user, you can use the Clear User Defined Alarm VI.
