can't open labview help

[FFW]

I can't open Labview help file   (.chm)

When open it from link text in pdf bookshelfit it shown an error popup as show in attach picture.

please help, how to fix it.

Can you find the help at the path given in the message (<LabVIEW>\help\help.chm)?  Were you ever able to open the help?  What happens when you try to open the help from LabVIEW?
