cannot choose port to enter arduino

i;m using LIFA and for the arduino init in the visa resource I create a constant but i can't choose the  port were my arduino is connected to... there is only the refresh option... what can i do?

If nothing is shown there, does it also mean nothing is listed in MAX? If not, what about Windows device manager? Did you install the firmware?

What o i search ffor on the MAX?
Arduino is shown kn the device manager and i instaled the frimware and uploaded the LIFA file to the arduino...
Once i want to choose a port that my ardunio is connected to i cant find it.. The VISA gives blank and refresh... Thats my full detailed problem

Under Devices and Interfaces, a com port should be shown. How is it listed by Windows?
