cannot find crio in project

Hello

I was using a crio9074 and I didn't have any problem. But now I can't discover the chassis under 'Target and Devices'. However, it is found in MAX and also it is connected and works properly when I used it with other existing projects. I've already reistalled the software under the crio device and also I updated the NI-RIO drivers to 14.5. Is anybody has an idea what's going on ?

If you create a new project and right-click the project and select New > Targets and Devices do you see the option for Real-Time CompactRIO at all?  If you see the option but cannot find your device, can you add a generic 9074 target and enter in your cRIO's IP address to connect that way?

I finally did it in the way you suggested with the IP and it works fine. I was used to see the device under CRIO targerts and I missed the option of manual way. Thanks a lot.
