cannot write to printer when drivers installed

I wrote a vi that automates functions for a hipot tester. The PC (runs Win2000 pro. and labview V6i) and Hipot tester are in a mobile cabinet. My vi performs the required electrical safety tests, and writes a report page to the printer when the tests are completed. However, when the printer drivers are installed on the PC, labview cannot write a report to the printer. When the test is done, the paper feeds into the printer, but it won't print. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Thanks

Have you tried a different printer or even a different driver version? You might also check the print settings in LabVIEW. Open LabVIEW >> tools >> options >> printing. Experiment with the various settings like bitmap and postscript.
