ccd camera to read an image

Hi Everyone,

Can anybody explain to me on how should i implement a ccd camera on my vi. to read an image pixel bmp file?

Is it possible if i can implement in on my own vi without any driver or firewire?

Hi,

For me and Enriquez, this is our first time integrating Labview (version 9) with a Thorlab USB 2.0 CCD camera.

I've tried doing a VI to integrate the camera with LabView and the output is to get an image from the camera and show it on the FP after the full size image is shown on a seperate FP after running and after the button "show full screen image" is clicked but the image won't show.

Any help would be really appreciated!

What camera are you using?  GigE, USB, Cameralink.....?  Do you have the vision development module or Vision Acquisition for LabVIEW?

Hi!

LHX and I are doing it at the same time with quite different codes so that we can compare and combine:)

We are using usb2.0 digital camera (THORLABS) and NI Vision acquisition software.
