change name of signal from the funktiongenerator?

Hello,

the output signal is "signal out". The received signal in DIAdem is "Untitled". Now I will change the name of the rectangle signal into "hall_signal".

Can anyone help me?

i am not really sure what you mean. Are we really talking about "Diadem"?

I couldn't figure out the problem clearly.. but i suppose you are asking to change the signal name w.r.t different signals..

as function generator generates different types of signal so it's output is commonly written as "signal out". You can use the property node of graph or chart watever you are using as indicator to dynamically change the label of Y axis..

as per DIAdem is concern you can write in script to change the name as you want...

If you wanna ask something different then plz elaborate your requirement..

Thanks for answer.

But i need it for the function "Measurement File write" and therefor it is not possible with the property node. I will chane the name for recording the signal and not for showing in a graph.
